South Pacific Brewery (SPB) Limited has been operating in PNG for over 70 years and has developed many of PNG’s leading professionals in the workforce. With the vision “Prepare for the Future”, the SPB 2023 Graduate Development Program targets talented Papua New Guineans who are anticipating completing their undergraduate studies in 2022.
The Program
Over an 18-month period, commencing February 2023, the successful candidates will:
- Work on projects that will help develop the skills, behaviour, and mindset to lead for the future
- Be exposed to real-time best practices and state-of-the-art facilities in our breweries
- Be connected to a global learning network through HEINEKEN
- Be mentored and coached by our best managers and supervisors in Papua New Guinea.
Criteria
For the 2023 intake, candidates looking for a career in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Logistics, especially in graduating courses in Food Technology, Engineering, or Chemistry are encouraged to apply.
